I knock out most CE with InterNACHI’s online modules (Free Home Inspector Training Courses & Online Classes - InterNACHI®), then book one hands-on ride‑along or chapter field lab each quarter — “photos don’t capture smells.” For new tech or code changes, I still prefer a state-association workshop, but if travel’s rough, live webinars with Q&A are a solid backup.
