I do, but treat it like watching game tape, not a script. Pick three reports covering the same defect (say, a double‑tapped breaker), rewrite that section in your own voice with your SOP open, then compare how they justify severity and limitations — “borrow the structure, not the sentences.” Caveat: don’t copy boilerplate and mind local norms; @AveryP’s examples and the InterNACHI SOP (Home Inspection Standards of Practice - InterNACHI®) are a solid baseline.
